Limestone Powder Grinding Process:

After Limestone rock comes out of the ground, it typically goes on a conveyor belt to a preparation plant that is located at the mining site. The Limestone plant cleans and processes stone ( washing machine).Then stone were crushed into small ones through primary crushers. After the materials are put into the grinding room of the main equipment, the material is slowly and steadily worn away. The grinding wheel acts like many hundreds of very small lathe bit, each cutting off some metal from talc. Grinding abrades material in a way similar to sanding.Then it goes through vibrating screen(screening Solution), Vibraitng screen is the essential limestone screening machine. Usually it has three grade:>100mm, 30-100mm, <30 mm. After seprated and collected,we finally get the fine powder.
