This 200–300 t/h fixed basalt crushing plant delivers proven performance across every critical metric — sustaining over 280 t/h of continuous throughput, running on approximately 400 kW of total installed power, within a compact 2,000 m² footprint, and built to a design service life of 8 to 10 years.
Basalt is one of the hardest rocks encountered in commercial aggregate crushing — high in silica content, highly abrasive, and extremely demanding on wear parts. When a Mexican quarry client specified a capacity of 200–300 t/h with three finished product gradations, the solution required not only high-performance equipment, but also precise process design to minimize circulating load and downtime.
The final solution is a fixed crushing plant covering approximately 2,000 m², comprising a vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, triple-deck vibrating screen, and a conveyor system — with full automation control and a total installed power of approximately 400 kW.
