Limestone consists primarily of calcium carbonate (CaCO₃); it can be directly processed into construction stone or calcined to produce quicklime. When quicklime (CaO) absorbs moisture or is mixed with water, it transforms into slaked lime. The main component of slaked lime is Ca(OH)₂, also known as calcium hydroxide. Slaked lime can be formulated into lime slurry, lime paste, and similar mixtures, which are utilized as coating materials and bonding agents for bricks and tiles. Both lime and limestone are extensively used as construction materials and serve as essential raw materials for numerous industrial sectors.

Product Fineness:200 Mesh (D75)
Site Overview
This production line commenced operations in Jiangsu in 2024. Raw materials at the site are transported via a belt conveyor into the main unit of the CRRM1700 Raymond Mill for grinding. The pulverized material is then carried by an airflow generated by a blower into a powder classifier for grading. Any material that does not meet the required fineness specifications falls back into the grinding chamber for further milling, while qualified material travels with the airflow through ductwork into a cyclone collector for separation and collection. Finally, the finished product is transported via a screw conveyor to a bucket elevator, which lifts it into the finished product silo. The entire production line operates smoothly and with high efficiency, resulting in a significant increase in grinding output.
