Grinding Roller

Grinding Ring

Working Principle of CRRM1500 Raymond Mill

Coarse Crushing

Raw materials are first crushed to ≤30mm for grinding.

Quantitative Feeding

Vibrating feeder ensures steady feed into grinding area.

Grinding Process

Roller presses raw materials against ring with centrifugal force for crushing.

Classification

Powder enters classifier; fine powder is collected; coarse returns for regrinding.

Collection

Final powder is separated by cyclone collector and packaged or used.
