PFW series impact crusher

Main structure of PFW hydraulic impact crusher

Frame: The main support structure of the equipment, welded with high-strength steel plates to ensure the stability of the equipment.

Rotor: It consists of a main shaft, plate hammer and rotor disc. The plate hammer is made of highly wear-resistant material and can be replaced.

Impact plate: Cooperates with the rotor to perform secondary crushing of the material. The gap between the impact plates can be adjusted through the hydraulic system.

Hydraulic system: Used to adjust the gap between the impact plates and overload protection to ensure safe operation of the equipment.

Drive device: It includes a motor, pulley and belt to drive the rotor to rotate at high speed.

Lubrication system: Ensure that all moving parts of the equipment are well lubricated to reduce wear.

Working Principle of PFW Hydraulic Impact Crusher

A crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. When the material enters the plate hammer action area, it is crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer and thrown to the impact device installed above the rotor for crushing again, and then bounces back from the impact liner to the plate hammer action area for crushing again.

This process is repeated until the material is crushed to the required particle size and discharged from the lower part of the machine. The purpose of changing the particle size and shape of the material can be achieved by adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor frame. This machine uses a spring safety device behind the impact plate. When non-crushed objects enter the crushing chamber, the front and rear impact frames retreat and the non-crushed objects are discharged from the machine.

Product advantages of PFW hydraulic impact crusher Efficient crushing

The rotor rotates at high speed, and the hammer and impact plate impact the material multiple times, with high crushing efficiency.

Uniform particle size: The gap between the impact plates is adjusted by the hydraulic system to control the particle size of the discharged material, and the particle size is uniform.

Easy to operate: The hydraulic system realizes automatic adjustment and is easy to operate.

Strong durability: The key components are made of highly wear-resistant materials to extend the service life of the equipment.

Safe and reliable: The hydraulic system provides overload protection to prevent equipment damage.
