Main Structure

The ZYS cone crusher is composed of several key components that work together to deliver efficient crushing performance.

Frame

The main structure supporting the equipment, usually welded with high-strength steel plates for durability and stability.

Moving Cone & Fixed Cone

The moving cone is driven by the eccentric sleeve to form a crushing chamber with the fixed cone, with linings made of high-wear-resistant materials.

Eccentric Sleeve

Drives the moving cone to do a rotary swing motion, manufactured from high-strength alloy steel for reliable operation.

Adjustment Device

Used to adjust the size of the discharge port and control the particle size of the discharge material.

Lubrication System

Ensures the normal operation of the equipment and reduces wear through proper lubrication of all moving parts.

Working Principle

The ZYS cone crusher operates on an efficient crushing mechanism that delivers consistent results:
During operation, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the elastic coupling, transmission shaft and precision bevel gear combination. This rotational action causes the axis of the crushing cone to perform a rotary swing motion under the drive of the eccentric sleeve, resulting in a periodic change in the distance between the crushing wall and the mortar wall (sometimes in close contact and sometimes separated). The ore placed in the crushing chamber is constantly squeezed, impacted and bent by the two walls to achieve efficient crushing.
