Production Background

The CR series sand and powder integrated grinding machine is a dual-purpose equipment developed from the Raymond mill, capable of simultaneously producing both sand and powder. Unlike traditional Raymond mills, where coarse particles from the classifier are returned for regrinding, this machine automatically collects and discharges them. Without modifying the system's power consumption, it efficiently generates sand and powder in a single process.

Application Range  

The CR series sand-making machines are widely applied in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, power generation, chemicals, transportation, and mining. They are particularly suitable for processing non-metallic mineral powders, including limestone, quartz, barite, marble, and other heavy calcium-based materials with a Mohs hardness below 7, moisture content under 6%, and non-flammable, non-explosive properties. With high cost-effectiveness, the machine produces finished products with particle sizes ranging from 38–180μm and a capacity of 1–50 t/h, while also yielding sand of equivalent output.
