CRGM3000C Ring Roller Mill is mainly used for crushing brittle materials with hardness less than 6 levels, such as heavy calcium (calcite, marble, dolomite, etc.), barite, talc gypsum, petroleum coke, white carbon black, brucite, aluminum hydride, white powder, wollastonite, kaolin, bentonite, rare earth and other materials.

Crushing principle: The material is crushed by the triple principle of impact, extrusion and grinding. After the material enters the crushing chamber, it is first crushed by the impact of high-speed rotating parts, then squeezed between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and finally finely ground to the required particle size under the action of the grinding parts. Compared with the single crushing principle of the traditional mill, it has obvious advantages and improves the crushing efficiency and product quality.
Structural design: The crushing pair adopts a combined structure, and each component works together efficiently. It can be flexibly combined and adjusted according to the material characteristics and needs, with low maintenance cost and short time. The transmission main shaft adopts a polygonal diamond structure, which has high stability and reliability, reduces vibration and noise, enhances bearing capacity, and is convenient for installing and disassembling other parts.
Ultra-high crushing ratio: large crushing ratio, high energy utilization rate, greatly improved production efficiency, and reduced energy consumption. For example, after a chemical company replaced it, energy consumption was reduced by about 30% and production efficiency was increased by nearly 50%.
